Understanding your Beagle Security dashboard
The dashboard gives you a quick overview of your applications, ongoing tests, completed tests, and security findings. This guide explains the main areas of the dashboard and what you can do from each section.
The Beagle Security platform is organized into three main sections:
- Dashboard
- Applications
- Reports
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your security posture. This is where you can quickly review important information without opening individual applications or reports.
The dashboard includes:
- Security score and score trends
- AI-powered insights
- Account utilization
- Project and application summaries
- Risk distribution
- Vulnerability trends
- Scheduled tests
- Tests currently in progress
The dashboard is also fully interactive and customizable. Widgets can be arranged based on your preferences, allowing teams to focus on the information that matters most to them.
You can also filter the dashboard by project to view project specific insights. When a project is selected, the dashboard updates automatically to display relevant metrics, findings and trends for that particular project.
For organizations with multiple projects and applications, the dashboard provides a convenient way to monitor activity across the environment while still being able to choose to go in depth into specific projects, applications and findings when needed.

Applications
The applications section is where most day-to-day security testing activities take place.
From here, you can:
- Create new applications
- Configure security tests
- Start tests
- Configure authentication
- Manage schedules
- Configure integrations
- Monitor test progress
- View application specific results
If you’re running tests, configuring targets, or managing applications, this is the section you’ll use most often.

Reports
The Reports section is where you can generate and download security assessment reports for your applications. Select the required application from the dropdown menu and choose the report type you want to view.
Available report categories include:
- Pentest reports (OWASP, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
- Management reports (Only on the enterprise plan)
- Surface scan reports
You can also generate reports in different formats, including normal, branded, and white-labelled versions.
Use this section when you need to review findings, share results with stakeholders, or download reports for compliance and audit purposes.
