The Bulk Import feature allows you to create multiple applications at once by uploading a spreadsheet, eliminating the need to add each application manually.

Access the Bulk Import feature

• Go to the Applications dashboard.
• Click the bulk import icon located next to +New.

This will open the bulk import window.

Upload your application list

The bulk import feature simplifies application management by allowing you to upload an Excel file and create multiple applications in a single operation.

To begin:

• Click Upload.
• Select the excel file containing the applications you want to import. 
• Complete the upload process.

Beagle Security will use the information provided in the file to create the applications.

Download the sample file

If you are unsure about the required file structure, use the sample file provided in the upload window. Click Download sample file to download a template that demonstrates the expected format. A sample column template is shown below.

Using the sample file helps ensure that the uploaded data is formatted correctly and reduces the likelihood of import errors.
