# Understanding email integrations
Email integration allows Beagle Security to send test reports directly to configured recipients.

You can:

* Receive reports in your inbox automatically.

* Add an additional recipient email address.

* Send white-label reports.

|| Note: By default, reports are sent to the email address associated with your Beagle Security account.

# Manage report recipients
The email address used during account creation is automatically added as a recipient. If you do not want reports sent to that email address, you can disable it using the toggle next to the recipient.

### Add another email address
You can configure up to two email addresses to receive reports.

To add another recipient:

* Click **Add another email**.

* Enter the email address.

* Enter the verification code sent to the email to complete the process.

* Save the configuration.

Once verified, the additional email address will be available as a report recipient.

# Choose how reports are sent
### Group email (Default)
By default, reports are sent as a group email. A single email is sent to the primary recipient, while any additional recipients are added in CC.

### Send all emails individually
Enable **Send all emails individually** if you want each recipient to receive a separate copy of the report.

When this option is enabled:

* Each email address receives its own email.

* Recipients will not be added in CC.

### Send white-label reports
Enable **Send white-label report** if you want reports to be delivered in a white-labeled format. This option is useful when sharing reports with clients, external stakeholders, or other recipients who require customized report branding.

# Resync the integration
If changes are made to the configured email recipients or delivery settings, click **Resync** to update the integration and apply the latest configuration.
