For receiving notifications about an application's uptime monitoring on Microsoft Teams, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the specific Application dashboard and click on the Edit option for Uptime Monitoring

  2. Enable Down notification and click on Teams. You'll be asked to enter a Webhook URL

  3. To generate the webhook URL, go to Microsoft Teams

  4. Navigate to the channel where you want to add the webhook and select (•••) More options from the top navigation bar. (Note: You need to have a premium subscription to Microsoft Teams)

  5. Choose Connectors from the drop-down menu and search for Incoming Webhook

  6. Select the Configure button, provide a name, and, optionally, upload an image avatar for your webhook

  7. The dialog window will present a unique URL that will map to the channel. Make sure that you copy and save the URL and click on the Done button

  8. Go back to your Beagle Security account and paste the webhook URL there

  9. Click on the Test button to check if you're receiving the notifications on Teams. Click on Save to complete the configuration
